The league is part of the Cases Ladder system and it is a MyLeague owned and operated by Kes for the fun and enjoyment of Wordsteal players the world over.

To join the league, go to the signup page.

Click on Free Sign Up on the left. Sign up using the name you will play with on Wordsteal. This will cut down confusion of who you are. Follow instructions, click boxes for bux. You only have to do this once. You will receive a confirmation email. Follow instructions to activate.

After you join the league please read the league rules and information using the links in the left table menu.

To see what time tourneys are at and to register for them, go to the TOURNAMENT CALENDAR page.

• Check throughout the day as tourneys are sometimes added later in the day.
• All times are in US Eastern time. For instance, if you are in UK you will add 5 hours. So an 8am tourney will be 1pm your time.

Just click on the tourney you would like to join and click register. Fill in your name and password (that you signup with in step one), click that you have read rules, click register and that's it!

Tourney announcements are also made once or twice in the Wordsteal Rated Room 1 lobby shortly before each one begins.

Then go to the Wordsteal Ladder Room to play. Sign in using your Wordsteal name and password, not the one you signed up with on MyLeague.

We play lots of different kinds of Wordsteal games in our tournaments, not just the standard ones you get in the main rooms. Tourneys can be two, three, or four-player games, or partners, in any of the variations on game formats listed below. Tournament Directors come up with their own ways to play, too. All rules will be posted by the tourney director prior to the start of each tourney.

• INVISIBLE S = The letter S CANNOT be played in any way, at any time.
• INVISIBLE LETTERS = The stated letter CANNOT be played in any way, at any time.
• NO PINKS = The pink squares may not be used at any time.
• NO PEACH = The peach squares may not be used at any time.
• PEACH GROVE = You may not clear the board (use a pink square) until you have 4 bonus points. (Peach dots by your name). Please let other player know you have the 4 BEFORE clearing to avoid misunderstandings.
• CROSSWORD OX = No 2 letter words may be used at any time (filling in to make a 3 letter word is allowed).
• 2 TILE = You may only play 2 tiles per go.
• 3 TILE = You may only play 3 tiles per go.
• BORDERLINE = The very outside edge of the board cannot be used (including pinks)
• BORDER ESCAPE = The very outside edge of the board cannot be used except for on any of the FOUR centre pinks to clear. Then only the ONE tile on the pink - no other tiles allowed on the outside edge.
