Wordsteal appears to be down since about 11:20 a.m. PST. We have no other information at this time. |

We still have no information on what the problem is, or when to expect Wordsteal to be back. Our guess, and it's only speculation, is that Mark is away, on holiday, perhaps, and the hardware is having a long hiccup.
Christiana mentioned in another post that she can get to the server - I assume that means one of the green login screens. All I get is a "Network timeout" message.
All any of us can do in the meantime is relax with an iced drimk, and check in once or twice a day.

Most people seem to be getting to the login screen now, but can't get to a game screen. It gives the message, "Failed To Connect to Wordsteal Server."
The 69 players it shows logged in is just the last number that was recorded before the site went off on 11 July.
We still have no word on the problem or it's resolution.

Back online as of about 5 hours ago. Mark was indeed away for the past week.
