Because the intent for this forum is to be a quick and easy way to determine the status of the Wordsteal site, without having extraneous material, it was originally set up to allow only forum moderators to make posts. During the recent two-week outage, that was changed so that users could reply to posts. However, the replies have become the main content of the forum over the last weeks, which detracts from its purpose, in our opinion. Therefore, posting permissions have been set as they were originally.

You are encouraged to make your comments about the site status in the Thieves' Cafe.
